Last updated: July 2026

The Project Showcase allows authorized administrators to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts for social-media publishing.

To remove a connected Meta account and request deletion of its associated data:

  2. Open Social Connections.
  3. Locate the connected Facebook or Instagram account.
  4. Select Disconnect or Remove Connection.

You may also submit a deletion request through our contact page at https://theprojectshowcase.com/contact.

Please state that you are requesting Facebook and Instagram data deletion and identify the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved.

What gets deleted

After a valid request is received, The Project Showcase will delete or revoke the associated:

  • Meta access tokens
  • Meta user identifier
  • Facebook Page identifiers
  • Instagram professional account identifiers
  • Granted-permission records
  • Stored connection metadata

Timeline

Deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days. We may retain limited security or transaction records only when legally required.

Removing access via Facebook

You may also remove The Project Showcase directly from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook account settings. Removing the app there revokes its future access, but you may still contact us to request deletion of data previously stored by The Project Showcase.
